Abortion up to the Second Trimester Should Be Legalized.
I argue that abortion should be legalized up to the second trimester. The second trimester ends around the 27th week[1]. Personally I'm not against the third trimester also, but to make this debate more specific I decided to just limit it to the 2nd trimester. I argue that a fetus is not a person, and thus it is not murder. Since it is not murder, the rights of the mother take precedence over the rights of the fetus (if it even has any to begin with).
