| About Me: | I am the best of the worst debaters on this site. I have no background with formal debate. I play dirty. I like semantic arguments, and I like loopholes. When I'm debating for real, I will use smoke and mirror tactics. A straight debate is too boring for me. I've been here too long. |
| Activities: | I like drugs. Prescription drugs. I'm a Pharmacy student and that takes up almost all my time :) I'm madly in love with a very special girl, and she's bookmarked this site ;) She also web-stalks me to make sure I'm studying instead of posting here. I love you ^^ |
| Beliefs: | I believe that every issue is inherently meaningless and that since this is the case, every side for every issue can be argued. There is no inherent rhyme or reason to the world, so it's up to us to make our own. |
Post-retributive felonial disenfranchisement in the United States should be abolished.

The Affirmative advocates that citizens convicted of felonies under the legal system who have subsequently fulfilled all allotted punishment requirements, including jail time, parole, probation, etc. should regain their right to participate in the American democratic process. Throughout this discussion, felons who meet the above criteria shall be referred to in shorthand as "ex-felons". "Felon(y) disenfranchisement" will also be used to refer to the resolutional topic. Under the status quo...

Resolved: All colleges and universities should accept the Common Application for undergraduate admissions. The Common App represents a convenient, efficient, and effective way for students and colleges to interact. Rather than requiring students to fill out tediously repetitive admissions applications to numerous colleges all asking the same questions, the Common Applications offers one questionnaire that can be filled out and submitted to a number of colleges without having to pay fees for e...
Has Evolution occurred or not?

Evolution- Biology. change in the gene pool of a population from generation to generation by such processes as mutation, natural selection, and genetic drift. I allow my opponent to explain why he or she believes in evolution to start the debate....
Pick your own debate 2!

1. Submit at least 4 resolutions of at least 3 different categories (see the forum). Include your position for each resolution. 2. In R2, I will respond with my choice. If I am PRO, I will respond with only my choice. My opponent will then use his R2 to acknowledge my choice and invite me to begin. Debating will begin with me in R3 and end with my opponent in R5. If I am CON, I will respond with only my choice and invite my opponent to begin. Debating will begin with my opponent in R2...
a thought to support gods existence

I have had a thought that I will disclose briefly. But the point of this argument is for me to support the thought that I am presenting. before I disclose this thought I would like to say 2 more things. This is my first debate. And even though whoever debates against me obviously disagrees hope to keep this somewhat friendly. Here is the thought process. Since god created all things that must mean god created evil? Since god cannot have any part of being evil then evil does not exist. which...
