•	Abortion	ConComments Not up for questioning its legality, but, as it is a personal choice that many people (myself included) disagree with, I think that any kind of public funding for it should be prohibited, except in cases covered by the Hyde amendment.
•	Affirmative Action	ConComments Best man (or woman) for the job. PERIOD.

•	Civil Unions	ProComments wait, I have a better idea... why don't we let consenting adults marry whoever they want?? I know, sounds crazy right? But if marriage ain't for you, then hey, whatever floats your boat.
•	Death Penalty	ProComments Only in the most extreme cases, but it should definitely be an option.
•	Drug Legalization	N/OComments "drugs" is too much of an umbrella term. This should be handled on a case-by-case basis.. ie.) pot should be legal but not crystal meth
•	Environmental Protection	ProComments Too an extent. Saving the environment shouldn't have to hurt the economy nor should it take precedence.

•	Flag Burning	ConComments I don't think there should be any laws against it. I just think that if you dislike the country you're living in so much, you shouldn't be living there in the first place. It's extremely disrespectful and utterly offensive to so many people.

•	Gay Marriage	ProComments I still don't understand why this isn't legal across the US... oh, wait, right... Republicans. I've yet to here a coherent argument against it, and if you start with "the bible says..." I swear to God I'll internet slap you... how's that for irony?
•	Global Warming Exists	ProComments Industrialization is not the prime mover though. We just aren't exactly helping.
•	Gun Rights	UndComments Generally for gun rights, but there are limits. You should be able to own rifles and some handguns but I think semi-automatic and automatic weapons have no practical purpose and should therefore be banned.
•	Labor Unions	ConComments Was a good idea 100 years ago when workers were generally neglected, but in today's society it basically constitutes a form of organized crime.
•	Late Term Abortion	ConComments yes I do essentially equate this with murder. Of course the phrase "late term" is fairly subjective, but to me, a potential life that has come this close to fruition is worth more than an existing life that has been wasted beyond rehabilitation

•	Police Profiling	ConComments This is a tough one. There are instances where profiling can be effective, but until I'm sure that there aren't any innocent people in jail because of it, I can't support it.
