My first point is that exporting low-paying and low-skill jobs to BRIC nations benefits the U.S. in the long run. This was the Public Forum topic for November 2008(this was my first debate topic ever) thanks for debating! best of luck! The United States should not have a universal healthcare system modeled after the French. Even though the French run a pretty efficient system, the United States couldn't replicate it perfectly due to flaws in the way they run their system and the differences of the two countries.
