Sean Penn is an idiot. I think we all can agree that he is very pretentious and takes himself way too seriously. Also is it just me or does he overact in ever movie he is in? Eigth Notes are Better than Quarter Notes
Eighth notes are generally better than quarter notes simply because you can fit more of them into one measure.
