Now you can see who is voting for whom, based on their age, country, education, ethnicity, gender, ideology, income, political party, and religion. 2008-09-24T00:00:00-08:00 Google Search Now you can search the debates using the Google search engine and get more relevant results. 2008-09-09T00:00:00-08:00 Homepage Changes Today we changed several elements on the homepage in order to make it friendlier to new users and returning members. First, the Welcome box is now customized for members. Second, the debates now being displayed are those most recently updated with a new argument (no forfeits allowed). Third, we've added the Newest Members box. 2008-09-09T00:00:00-08:00 How to Vote Article We've added a short article explaining the proper methodology to use when voting on a debate. Click here to read the article. 2008-09-05T00:00:00-08:00 Debate Comments You can now post comments to a debate during any period (challenge, debating, voting, and post voting). We also fixed the 'Updated' column on the My Debates page. We're working on some admin pages to expedite customer support issues, and then we're diving into the voting tab graphs and the forums. We're hoping to have the forums up by the end of next week. 2008-09-02T00:00:00-08:00 New Debate Search Links and Digg We've added two new links to the Debates drop down menu on the header of the site. The Recently Ended link will display all of the debates that have just entered the voting period, and order them by the most recently updated. The Recently Updated link displays all the debates that have recently received a new argument, showing the most recent arguments first. With these two new links, you can easily watch the debates as they enter the voting period, or as they receive new arguments. Last but not least, for all of you social bookmarkers out there, we've added several icons including Digg and FaceBook to each debate page. 2008-09-01T00:00:00-08:00 New Win Ratio Formula Today we changed how your Win Ratio is calculated by no longer including tied debates in the formula.
