Live birth abortion should stay illegal.
First, I must say that I do not under any circumstances promote abortion. I think that it is twisted and sick to murder an unborn child who has no say in whether or not they get the chance to enjoy life. However, this debate concerns those times when the choice to abort is not carried out fully or correctly, causing the pregnancy not to be terminated. If the baby is born, let the child live.
