Should Illinois impose tougher vehicle emission laws
Everytime you turn around are state or countries are making foolish laws to cover up the deception of our leaders, I am not saying that making stricter laws are foolish but im saying why should we make tougher emmision laws when us Americans dont even follow the simple laws such as: No litering etc... when you turn around there's trash on the streets.
