Definitions

Conspiracy: a secret plan made by two or more people to do something that is harmful or illegal [1]

9/11: September 11 attacks; a series of four coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group Al-Qaeda on the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001 [2]

Intro

First I would like to mention that I will not be arguing that "Bush caused 9/11" or that "Jet fuel can't melt steel beams", but instead I will be arguing that the official story of 9/11 meets the definition for being a conspiracy.

Argument

For the official story of 9/11 to be a conspiracy as I have defined, it must meet all of the following criteria:
1. It was a secret plan by 2 or more people
2. It was either harmful or illegal

The four coordinated terrorist attacks that were 9/11 clearly meet the criteria for a secret plan by 2 or more people.

The 9/11 terrorist attacks resulted in 2,996 deaths [2], which is clearly harmful and illegal.

9/11 meets both criteria for being a conspiracy.

Therefor, 9/11 was a conspiracy, which fulfills my burden of proof.

Pro

Since my opponent did not post his argument, I have nothing to respond to.

Also, since this is the last round, if my opponent does post an argument next round, I will not have the ability to rebuttal, but I would of had the opportunity to rebuttal if my opponent posted his round when he was supposed to. I ask judges to take this into consideration when judging the debate.

Reasons for voting decision: CON FF, so conduct to PRO Argument: Pro offers reasonable sourced definitions of a conspiracy and (/11 and then using sources shows how the topic for debate was a conspiracy because the two key elements of a conspiracy were fulfilled. Con offers nothing in return due to FFing everything.
