Abortion is not murder, and cannot be regarded as murder

Abortion cannot be regarded as murder, because firstly you cannot regard as a fetus as a human being, it is just that a fetus. The fetus can only be regarding as a human being and worthy of protection of the right to life when it takes its first breathe a separated from its mother (when the umbilical cord is cut off) and is essentially living on its own without any external aide. Furthermore to consider abortion murder would be robbing the mother of her right to bodily integrity and to choose wh...
Abortion should be outlawed in all cases with exceptions like the mother's life and rape.
Abortion is murder. Killing an innocent is wrong and shouldn't be allowed in a civilized nation. There are a few exceptions like rape and the mother's health....
Abortion should be illegal

Abortion is totally gay, and should be illegal. I'm not a homophobe, but this is ridiculous....
Abortion

Abortion is basically like committing murder. Why would you decide to have intercourse, and then have an "oops" moment when you find your pregnant? Isn't that what intercourse is for? Reproduction? Why should women get to irresponsible idiots, not using protection, and then decide to kill a baby? Especially when there are people out there who are dying just to have a baby of thier own? I think a women should not have the right to have an abortion. I think the women has the right to put it up for...
An Inquiry Into Abortion: Is it morally justifiable?

Should abortion be legal?

Abortion is in my opinion morally wrong and she be illegal to some extent. That is a living creature inside of you, and has a purpose and a dream. You would be taking it away and how would you feel after that? But killing a human is not an easy thing to do, and it should not be dealt with lightly....
if healthy baby can be removed, and mother is fine too, abortion should not be allowed
in cases where mother wants abortion (or to be free from the baby), but the healthy baby can be safely removed instead of aborted... and thus both mother and child saaved, this should be required. abortion should not be an option. after six months of pregnancy or so, abortion in the US is restricted to only cases involving health of the mother. (to be sure, this includes much abuse for 'mental health' etc) if even a healthy baby MUST be aborted to save the mother, msot including me would agre...

Should abortion be legal
Abortion is completely monstrous and immoral. Just because the woman's body is hers, doesn't mean the beating heart in her whom is. No matter if it's her body or not, it should still be considered murder. So many girls murder their innocent, defenseless, barely developed fetus, no way to fend or fight....
Abortion Is a Violation of Burden of Proof

The argument here is that abortion does not respect how burden of proof is on the affirmative. Preborns do not consent to exist, so they are negative by default. Those who affirm them must prove preborns' state of mind. Otherwise, they are making a brutal assertion in potentially judging someone without consent, forcing personhood to assume the risk of being violated. Unfortunately, "state of mind" cannot be physically determined. It ignores the fact-value dichotomy, is-ought problem, and nat...
