Government should address global warming as a top priority whatever the economic cost.

BenD
stschiffman

While I do think it is important to protect our planet, I do not think that the small dent we can make in a small problem is worth much cost. The cost of many climate policies have been large. I do not think that trying to solve global warming is worth it....

global warming (pro) vs fuel crisis (con) which is more important?

lord_megatron
David_Debates

Currently, it would take more time for global warming to become extremely lethal than it would be for the fuel crisis. We must work on devising alternative clean and efficient sources of energy rather than JUST planting trees. Moreover, dealing with the fuel crisis will reduce global warming as well as vehicles cause pollution. Also, some of these links believe global warming may not be true- http://www.conserve-energy-future.com/is-global-warming-real.php http://www.friendsofscience.org/inde...

Who is to blame for Global Warming? (Pro: Nature Con: Man)

EccentricSenator314
DESTROYERZV

Do you guys remember the Ice Age??? The planet has been freezing and warming at extreme temperatures for thousands of years, how is this now all-of-a-sudden man's fault!!??? Don't get me wrong, the Industrial Revolution had to've had some sort of an impact on the ozone layer, but mankind is not entirely to blame for the hotter summers and warmer winters, there's more to this issue than blaming and shaming our way of life!!!!!...

Global warming is a bigger issue than World Peace

SlimeSquasher
chubbypanda

Global Warming. It is our biggest issue. I didn"t choose world peace because we were always be fighting. For as long as we have lived, we have fought. And yet, we are still alive and "healthy". Global warming, on the other hand, is a new problem. A new problem that isn"t going away. Our ice caps are melting, raising our temperatures and killing hundreds of arctic animals. By raising temperatures, it"s evaporating more water, making the ground dryer, making it harder for plants to grow. Less plan...

Is global warming real and manmade?

SocialDemocrat
provideoman123

I will be arguing global warming is both real and manmade. Con can argue that it does not exist or that it does but is a result of nature that we can not help. For the first round just clarify that you understand your position....
