All students should have an after school job.

Shawn03
Khons

I agree that all students should have an after school job because they can learn how to be independent,. In this way they can know if they have mistakes, they need to change it. This can build up their responsibilities of themselves. This way students can earn money. They don't need to request their parents for money. They earn it. In this way students can know how difficult to earn money. So hard work pays off always....

School Uniforms

alysonreid

School uniforms have been around for many years. I believe it's time to drop the uniforms, and allow students to wear as they wish. Many supporters of this highly-debated topic say that school uniforms keep students, especially the ladies, modest. I don't see how a short skirt is keeping the girls modest, and isn't that what the regular public school dress code is for? Keeping their students dressing appropriately? School uniforms are doing nothing to benefit the education system. Making...

I believe there is no longer a need to force kids to remove their hats in school buildings. No one other than teachers really seem to care weather or not someone has an extra piece of clothing on their heads....

Dress Code is Sexist

straightup.gong
Samcoder1

School's dress code in the U.S is utterly ridiculous. The schools would argue that the dress code is meant to bring professionalism, but it is indeed sexist. These rules specifically target girls and women. People are taken out of multiple class periods just because their shorts or skirts were too short, or their shirt was "too low cut", or they have a rip in their jeans above the knee. School dress codes are not teaching kids and teens about professionalism; they're teaching kids to be ashamed...

Girls get better grades than boys in school

Chloe4091

It seems that girls are smarter than boys. Throughout the years girls have outperformed boys from studying more and spending less time on video games. Girls are always more dedicated to getting work done and are more focused and alert in school. The girls in my class have always done their homework as soon as they get it or is done as soon as possible, whereas the boys are always doing it last minute or on the day are scrambling for answers. Another thing is girls put a lot of effort into their...
