Should Gays Be Given Full and Equal Rights?

shootingstarmie
guylaquit

In this argument, I'll contest that homosexuals deserve complete and full rights to marriage equality simply because all are born equal, and since they are born with their sexuality, they can't be discriminated for it. Round 1: Acceptance Round 2: Opening arguments Round 3: Rebuttal Round 4: Rebuttal Round 5: Rebuttals and Conclusions...

Connor98
Swedishperspective

According to a poll surveyed by Gallup (1), 55% of American citizens believe gay marriage should be legalized. Gay Marriage, should it be legal in the United States? Why or Why Not?

kat_in_the_hat
xXCryptoXx

"Gay Marriage," or as I like to call it marriage, should be legal in every state of the U.S. Religious views such as "it is unnatural, it is a sin, and marriage is between one man and one woman" aren't even actual reasons to why it should or shouldn't be legal because we are a secular state and no religious views should be taken into account when deciding on this matter. What negative effects would there be on our country if two consenting adults who love each other were allowed to get married?...

Women have it easier overall in the U.S.

mrPrime
Swedishperspective

Aside from the debatable (and marginal) "income inequality", i stand by the claim that women in North America have a greater chance to succeed/prosper and live comfortably. Standard debate format for response: Greeting and/or Opening Rebuttal Rebuttal Closing General conceptions are fine but please cite any statistical data. You are welcome to bring up income inequality but please state explain how this hinders one from having a full and satisfactory lifestyle....

Wylted
9spaceking

I hate people that don't one gap, and think it's absurd not to. No I won't define 1 gapping, and yes we'll be using my definition. It will be a fair definition and if you don't know what one gapping is you're probably one of those jerks that don't do it anyway, so I want to debate you....

There's a homeless person and you feel like helping them. Has this ever happened to you? The government should help them because they don't have what we have.On one night in January 2013 387,845 people were homeless which is 64% of all homeless people. 1 in 10 individuals were between the ages 18 and 24.
