.999 repeating is equal to 1 in reality
I am not doubting this fact in our mathematical system, just in reality because i understand all of the proofs and i think that there are flaws in our system of math. First off .333 repeating doesn't equal 1/3 because it's just an estimate or place holder. NASA funding should be drastically cut.
Although many wonderful things have come out of the space program such as satellites the amount of science being reaped for the amount of money being put in is unacceptable. The format on debate.org should be changed to encourage more comments on debates
As it currently works on debate.org, when a user clicks on a subject tab there are displayed ten links to debates in the voting period and ten to current debates, each complete with a preview. They are ordered based on which debate had an argument posted most recently, so for debates in the voting period, they are ordered based only on which debate ended last. Pick up a swiss army knife and then one of those multi-tools made in China and I can assure you the former will be the desirable one. Of the things you purchase made in China how many actually will last you generations like the American and European made goods of the pre-"made in China" epoch.
