avery1994
lolololololololoooo

Security cameras is not an invasion of your privacy. Security cameras are installed to solve issues like theft, murders, and rape incidents. The potential value of public surveillance technology took on new meaning last April, 2013 when investigators identified the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing after sifting through video images captured by the city"s cameras. The Boston bombers were apprehended quickly due to surveillance cameras. Yes! All agree! No dispute over how well the public...

Will posting students" grades on bulletin boards publicly motivate them to perform better or is it h

avery1994

Posting student's grades on the bulletin will not motivate the student to do better. We live in an era where kids can be very mean to their peers. Kids finding out their peers grades can put a kid in a bad spot. The kids classmates can make the kid feel stupid by not having an high score as the others. This can bring down a kids self of esteem. I ask this why would you want to put a kid through that and make him feel like he not on the same level as his or her peers. School is meant to educate t...

Mixed schools should be banned

thepersuader
Andrew820

I personally am a person who studies in a mixed school and really like it. There are various reasons for this. Firstly, i feel students in a mixed school interact better and that is where they mostly learn how to interact. Imagine you going to a mixed school in high school from a single sex school in primary. It will feel awkward, right? Similarly, imagine going from a single sexed school to face the world and pursue your ambitions. Basically what i am saying is that finishing education in a si...

Should schools be allowed to teach evolution?

Dman13331
MackDamion

Schools should not be allowed to teach about evolution in Science class. Schools are not supposed to have a bias against any religion. Most school handbooks even talk about how they don't discriminate by religion. Teaching about evolution isn't actually favoring any religion. It is discriminating against every religion except Atheism. People might not believe it, but Atheism is actually a religion technically. The definition of religion is "a particular system of faith or worship." Atheists BELI...

I feel handwriting in school should be a grade for many reason including the fact, many students rush and don't take their time on paper then the teacher can't read what they put. Plus its just good for kids to have good handwriting!...

Is guilt determined by intent?

alyssalettera
kteran55386

I do believe that guilt is determined by intent. The dictionary definition of guilt states that guilt is "the fact of having committed a specified or implied offense or crime". The word implied is significant here because the definition of that word is "suggested but not directly expressed". Guilt can be determined by intent because according to "The Definitive Guide to Guilt.", "it"s true that you didn"t actually commit the act, and so you"re still sitting on the moral high ground. However, we...
