I don't think it should be allowed as they won't be fully through puberty, they are not at that stage yet as they aren't at mentally or phisicaly at that stage. also the mothers will be much to young. For these reasons i belive it should stay at the same age of 16....

I have the burden to prove two points:
1-that Genesis 2 is nothing but the continuation of the account of the creation mentioned in Genesis 1, and therefore it is not a new account of the same events.
