I don't think it should be allowed as they won't be fully through puberty, they are not at that stage yet as they aren't at mentally or phisicaly at that stage. also the mothers will be much to young. For these reasons i belive it should stay at the same age of 16....

I believe that God is not necessary in any way for the existence of objective moral values and duties, that is objectively true propositions concerning matters of moral value and moral obligation or duty.
