Bullies should receive much harsher punishment
Bullies in grade school can torment an individual to the point of the victim wanting to commit suicide or actually going through with it. Most bullies get suspended for a few days, or simply get a slap on the wrist and have to go to the principal's office. Bullying continues because the situations aren't handled correctly and their punishments are not as severe as they need to be.
