Samsung Galaxy s7 is better than iPhone 6s

The s7 is a lot better than the 6s in terms of everything. The specs, the screen, the hardware, the software. I have no idea why anyone would vote for apple at this point. Their innovation these days is just force touch, which is utterly useless. That was the only thing that changed from the 6 to 6s, which was disappointing. I can bet you if Samsung did this, no one would buy their phones. Unlike apple, the s7 was a LOT different than the s6, in a good way. They added micro sd card slots, water...

Is Google Drive better tha iCloud?

Google Drive is better than iCloud because in Google Drive, you can access your stuff from anywhere, whereas in iCloud, you have a huge risk of losing all of your stuff. My uncle had to delete his computer's harddrive, so he stored his stuff in iCloud. But, when he went to get it back, it was all gone. 3000 pictures were gone. If he had stored his stuff in Google Drive, this would not have happened....

Technology: Reducing the quality of Human Interaction

As the con, I am taking on the role of arguing the negative ramifications of technology (in use). Specifically in regards to the quality of human interaction. Note - I agree that technology is a tool and not an agent in which would be responsible for its actions. I'm discussing the usage of said technology only and the effects therein. For the purposes of this debate, human interaction will be defined as the effect in which we act and react to those around us. Unless an alternative agreed...

We should no longer research or attempt to create an AI or Super intelligence

AIs have been researched for almost half a century now, and now making up roughly 10% of all computer sciences research, they're dominating the research field, and occupy just as many resources. Just recently a massive 636 Million USD, was donated towards the (American) National Science foundation for Computer Sciences. Of this, 56 million was used in research toward AI. In addition, Cambridge has given out two million dollars in an AI research grant, and Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur...

Why children at school age should have phones

I personally feel ALL school age children should have phones. Ok, so you know if your a parent you want your children to be safe. Well imagine this, your son or daughter is getting out of basketball it's in a bad part of town. They see a creepy old man slowly walks towards them, the have no phone no way to contact you AND YOU ARE LATE. They ate scared and have no where to run or hide. You finally get there but him or her is gone. They were stolen never to be seen again, probably beaten and abus...

Social Media - A Good Thing or a Bad Thing?

Social Media - A Good Thing or a Bad Thing? Yes. The reason I think social media is good for kids is because it shows ways to express themselves, and is a good way for communication. Social media has made it possible for like minded individuals to discuss important topics, widen their personal knowledge and discover things they never knew before. Sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others are a cost effective means of spreading the word and getting support. You might find your old pals...

Should 12 year olds have a Cell Phone?

I think 12 year olds should have a cell phone. Because most kids, like me, walk home or ride the bus home/to school and pretty much need a phone. Say one day what if "Miss Sally Sue" woke up late and rushed to get out the house, and catch the bus. Her parents left the house already and she needs to get out the house. So about time Sally goes to the bus stop, the bus just left. So sally waits and see if another bus comes. But another bus doesn't come. So Sally takes out her phone, and calls her m...
