Animal Rights

I think that animals are not necessarily more or less than humans. It's impossible to rank life. For example, by better, what do you mean? Smarter? If so, should smart humans be able to mistreat less than average humans? How do you even define intelligence in a way that holds true for every species on planet earth and beyond? If it's physical ability, we are sorely lacking. In fact, take away our tools and we're useless. Besides, even if we are superior, why would we mistreat animals when there'...

I think animals should have rights. Why shouldn't they? They're animals, WE are animals. What's the difference? Also with situations like PETA, they stand up for animals and take them in but after a weeks or two, the ones that didn't get adopted, get thrown into barrels and gassed. Fight me....

We as humans have taken over their lives and continue to make choices for all animals. Although many of these animals are given homes and or loving families, some are put in situa...

Animals are the ones who save our lives not the other way around. If you EVER learned something new, it will be about how animals can also have emotional attachments. A man raised a lion cub and when the lion grew too old, it had to be kept in a reserve. Later on, the man visited the reserve, saying he wanted to see his old friend. The workers their said that the lion probably won't remember him. But what happened? Oh, yes! The lion, now the alpha of his pack, ran toward the man to nuzzle him! S...
