marijuana should not be legalized because it has been illegal for so long that it would be very difficult to change the laws regarding possession and use of marijuana. law enforcement has tried very hard to make sure that civilians are protected and safe. Drugs should be legalized.
I think that drugs should be legalized for a number of different reasons. 1) Illegal drugs are creating a social underclass of people who are trapped in a vicious cycle. 2) The war on drugs has failed and should stop immediately. 3) If made legal, we can control the supply of drugs.
