The Best Band Ever:Pink Floyd?

FeatherintheWind
DrumBum1234

Pink Floyd, in my opinion, was not only the most underrated band full of the most underrated musicians, but it was also the most talented and most creative bands of all time, paving the road for all progressive rock bands that followed them. I would like someone to challenge my opinions with whomever they think is the best band, or why Pink Floyd wasnt as great as I say they are. I suppose I will give my introduction to my opinion of Pink Floyd. I have been reading another debate about the bes...

I believe that if a tree falls in the woods it does not make a sound because sound is vibrations and if there is a collision between to solid objects there will always be vibration and therefor there will be sound....

High schools waste time with foreign language, fine arts and gym requirements.

Hamlicar_B_Rules
Hypnodoc

I'm in high school and can personally defend my argument. 1. High schools waste not only time, but resources and money with these requirements. 2. The students who are force to take these classes through requirements, for the most part, do not use the class for any post school progressions in life. e.g. it's truly not useful in their life 4. These classes not being required would allow students to have a more focus...

Heavy Metal is just for boys

bexy_kelly
littlelacroix

Some people have a preconcieved idea that heavy metal is simply for guys. This cannot be true as music is genderless, and if a band were to aim itself at a paticular gender then it would potentially miss out on 50% of all listeners...

The Mist was the worst movie adaptation of a Stephen King book ever.

HellKat
Hreha827

The Mist: a book by Stephen King Worst adaptation...: of all the bad Stephen King book movie adaptations, this was the worst. Ok, first off the entire plot was chewed up, swallowed, thrown up, eaten again and then crapped out. In the beginning of the movie they skipped an entire chapters worth of information, the acting was mediocre at best (they spoke too fast), the part about Sally and that army guy was just weird, they didn't include the romantic endeavors of Dave and the... girl whos...
