John McCain will make a better president than Barack Obama

alvinthegreat

As many of you may know, Obama has just captured the Democratic Nomination for president. Also, as many of you may know, McCain captured the Republican Nomination for president back in February. Thus, the stage is set for one of the most important presidential race in recent history. Now, that the candidates have been finally decided, I strongly advocate that McCain will be a better president than Barack Obama in terms of experience, national policy, and foreign policy. ========= On to th...

Barack Obama would be a Better President than John McCain.

Ahking
LR4N6FTW4EVA

Hello again, my opponent asked for this debate while I had an identical debate running. Seeing as how my other opponent is taking some time to respond, I figured I would oblige LR4N6FTW3EVA. Here is the same first argument, hopefully both debates won't run parallel, but maybe they will. Since they might, it'd be better to run them simultaneously so this opponent can't use the first one to draw from. Good luck! This 2008 election marks the end of the George Bush era - one marked by bitter...

John McCain would be a better president than Barack Obama.

I'll let my opponent go first, but I'll set some parameters. First, we are talking about the ones running for president, and second PRO has to show J-Mac would be better than Barack, CON has to show that J-Mac wouldn't....

Senator Mccain does not qualify to be President.

As much of an open Obama supporter that I am, I also vehemently support Senator Mccain. In an election between any other democrat in the field and Mccain, I would probably vote for Mccain. I say this not to pander but to show my bias. As much as I like Senator Mccain, I do not believe he qualifies to be president, legally. My argument has only one main part and I would be happy if someone can convince me that I am wrong as I truly do like Mccain and I would like justification to vote for him...

presidential elections- mcCain is going to win

killerqueen
Ragnar_Rahl

John McCain is going to win this election because the best person for the job has already dropped out of the race.(Mitt Romney) I think tho that John McCain is the second best choice becaus he is experienced and knows how to win. He believes in the right things that God has taught us to believe in and he's a fighter and will definitely push for good causes. You see Hillary Clinton is just like her husband she gives us a story and says she'll make a promise but she will just go break that promise...

John McCain is not a conservative

wingnut2280

John McCain is not a conservative and should barely be considered a republican. I'm so sick of him crying out for my support just because he has an R after his name. McCain is continually and extremely liberal on all of the major issues that conservatives care about with the exception of life. On amnesty, McCain-Kennedy took one of the most liberal positions possible on the issue, allowing over 20 million illegal immigrants safe passage to easy citizenship. On tax cuts, McCain is the only...

McCain lost the election during the California debate.

McCain was a complete disaster during the debate in California. Not only was arrogant, childish, and crude, he was exposed for his pathetic responses to numberous questions which I will detail later...makes me wonder how McCain even won a state....

Mitt Romney would be a better president (for the Republican Party) than John McCain.

Mitt Romney is a true conservative and that will advance the Reagan movement of the 1980s economically, socially, militarily, and internationally. John McCain is a phony conservative whose record is pathetic from a conservative perspective....

Ron Paul is a better nominee than John McCain

LandonWalsh

Both are veterans, both have military support, but I contest. Ron Paul is a better republican nominee than John McCain. (I want to debate scottberman this, but i'm already debating him i'll do so later... anyone else want to give it a try?) I will use my positional statement as my opening argument and allow my opponent to go first. Good Luck....

John McCain should receive the Republican nomination instead of Mitt Romney.

John McCain is an experienced conservative leader in the tradition of Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and Ronald Reagan. He is a common sense conservative who believes in a strong national defense, a smaller, more accountable government, economic growth and opportunity, the dignity of life and traditional values. Let us start with a some points. 1. Mitt Romney lacks foreign policy experience. He was only the govenor of Massachusetts. John McCain has actually delt with foreign leaders...
