My philosophy in regards of taxe rates is that I think that we should have lower tax rates which will bring in more revenue for the economy thus making more money for our economy to continue thriving in the free market....

The notion of "money" is responsible for inhibiting an ideal society

I'm going to be arguing the PRO for this one. Guidelines: I don't want this to be a "debatey" kind of debate. Please don't use phrases like "extend through the flow" or "card." I'd like this to be a very relaxed discussion between two individuals regarding a theory I'd had a while ago. I won't lie: I have a short attention span. Please try to keep your points as concise as possible. Keep in mind, there is a 24 hr limit on response time. Structure: This is a 5 round debate. The first...

Should the wealthiest Americans be taxed?

For starters, I'm a bit stunned. I cannot believe that Obama wishes to tax the wealthy Americans more heavily than they are already being taxed. Why does he want to do this? Well, the president doesn"t believe in asking "students and seniors and middle-class families to pay down the entire deficit" while people like him"who are "making over two hundred fifty thousand dollars""aren"t expected to pay "a dime more in taxes." Hahaha. Frankly, it has become my personal belief that Obama"s...
