Spongebob Squarepants does drugs.

sidlee03
Harlan

My brain cells tell me that yes, he and the pink guy sit under that rock (which the pink guy lovingly calls his home) and toke up. Actually, the two probably got a hold of some white pony, which explains why they're, more often than not, insanely hyper. The squid is actually the pothead, due to his frequent stage of mellow-ness. The plankton is on acid, for he constantly tries to steal a secret ingredient to a food that simply doesn't exist: Krabby Patties. Or DO krabby patties exist? Anyway...

Is there a fine line between genius and insanity..?

easy2know
Ragnar_Rahl

I believe that yes, most genius's or those with high IQ's think on a different scale than the average person, and seem a bit insane. They make themselves that way, through over-analyzing, internalizing everything, predictive thought patterns, unrealistic expectations of society and the people around them, and an array of other self-defeating, self-destructive thought patterns. Anyone who excepts this challenge must understand my motives first and far-most are to hear other possibility's,...

Pro-Choice

greenlove
PreacherFred

Pro-choice is defined as an ethical view that believes woman should be allowed complete control over their pregnancies and reproductive rights. Woman should be allowed the right to have control over their body's, and although many pro-life supporters considers a fetus to be a human life that is not so. If a legal abortion has taken place then the fetus is not considered a legal human life. In terms of religious ethics in Christianity the bible claims that a fetus is not equal to a life. The...

Adding the line "one state under God" to the Texas Pledge

audraxheartsxyou
person_16

Basically, they just added the words "one state under God". They shouldn't have added this considering school students have such strong opinions on God and what it means to them. Being a high school student, I know of quite a few people that don't believe in God or have a different belief. It shouldn't have been added....

Abortion in General

audraxheartsxyou
gonovice

According to your issues on your Profile page, you are In-favor for abortion but against late-term abortion. Killing a child is killing a child; whether or not its late-term or not. How can you be in-favor for one, and against the other?...

Are "old" bands really better than newer ones?

BravesFan33
zainie143

First of all, let's just consider "old" as Metallica and before...unless the band is still writing and releasing albums. I find it extremely annoying just how overrated, in general, these bands are, at least sound-wise. -Catchiness... The purpose of the sound of a song is to be catchy, is it not? Isn't the main goal of the sound of a song to revolve around a catchy, entertaining, great-sounding chorus? Only a select few older musical groups could master this. They were great musicians...

Should we ban video games?

yoon172
christ88

I disagree. Video games, like movies, books, music and any other form of art, are there to enjoy not restrict. What most people fail to realise is that the video game industry, just like the film industry, is heavily regulated with a strict code of parental guidelines already in place. Even the consoles have parental controls. Where the system goes wrong, however, is not that the video games are too violent, but that some parents believe it's okay to give their children 18 rated games even...

Circumsicion is necessary and ethical.

buletman
jemual

I believe that circumcision is genital mutilation. It has been shown that it is an effective way to prevent certain diseases, but proper hygiene is just as effective. So this then leads me to ask why take away a male's foreskin before he is even allowed to make the decision himself? He will never know what it was like to have those nerve endings, never know what it's like to have a non-mutilated penis. Circumcision on males does not create impotence, so what is the matter with having a few le...

There is no such thing as a decent scary movie these days

person_16
buletman

Seriously, there are NO scary movies that are truly scary. Better "scary" movies are more...suspensful, rather than frightening or "bone-chilling." Try and name one movie under the tag of scary that scared the living hell out of you without it being gross and gorey. Gross and gorey are not very good qualifications....
