Barack Obama Would Be a Better President than McCain or Clinton.

I'm sure there are others like me who are very excited about the 2008 presidential election. With so much at stake and some very well qualified candidates across the board, this election will be very historic. I am hoping for a well informed opponent who has a strong position and a good nature towards this topic. Good luck. This 2008 election marks the end of the George Bush era - one marked by bitter partisan divides overseeing our economy crumble, the war in Iraq fester, the war on Terr...

Barack Obama would be a Better President than John McCain.

LR4N6FTW4EVA

Hello again, my opponent asked for this debate while I had an identical debate running. Seeing as how my other opponent is taking some time to respond, I figured I would oblige LR4N6FTW3EVA. Here is the same first argument, hopefully both debates won't run parallel, but maybe they will. Since they might, it'd be better to run them simultaneously so this opponent can't use the first one to draw from. Good luck! This 2008 election marks the end of the George Bush era - one marked by bitter...

It is not unreasonable for a Libertarian to support Barack Obama.

libertarian
DucoNihilum

More specifically, Libertarianism is the freedom to do as you will as long as it does not harm anybody else. This includes fiscal conservativeness while maintaining liberal social views. Of course, Barack Obama has views that differ from Libertarianism but he is a candidate who is good with Libertarian issues and can win. As Libertarians we often have to choose between voting for a candidate we agree with more or voting for a candidate who can win and has a large amount of acceptable views....

Senator Barack Obama is a better pick for President then Senator Hillary Clinton.

the-mad-ones

This year has been a historical year for the Democrats. The two frontrunners are minorities. One a well known woman and former first lady. The other a black, relatively unknown man. Though they both represent the Democratic Party in the U.S. Senate Barack Obama of Illinois is a better Presidential candidate than Hillary Clinton because the Republicans have less baggage to attack him for, he has won more states, he has more superdelegates, he has more pledged delegates, he is more bipartisan, rep...

John McCain will make a better president than Barack Obama

alvinthegreat

As many of you may know, Obama has just captured the Democratic Nomination for president. Also, as many of you may know, McCain captured the Republican Nomination for president back in February. Thus, the stage is set for one of the most important presidential race in recent history. Now, that the candidates have been finally decided, I strongly advocate that McCain will be a better president than Barack Obama in terms of experience, national policy, and foreign policy. ========= On to th...

Obama's tax plan is idiotic.

shwayze

I want to especially single out Obama's plan to raise the corporate tax from, which by the way, he hasnt said by how much....go figure. Right now the corporate tax rate in the United States is 35%, the second largest in the world (Japan is #1). Obama wants to raise this corporate tax rate. Do you know why we have unemployment? ITS BECAUSE COMPANIES GO TO MEXICO, CANADA, EUROPE, AND ASIA TO DO BUSINESS. Why would a corporation stay in the United States and get taxed to death when they can go to,...

Obama is either gay or bisexual and a former crack user

I will take either the pro or con side depending on what my challenger decides. Last week Larry Sinclair gave a press conference regarding his allegations that he performed oral sex on Obama and he witnessed him using crack. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUNEip42xsM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uw2hc05HwPw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ13qyFup98 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2AfVPvASc_4&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYin6nMAz-o&feature=related http://ww...

obama... just as much if not more merit, against the surge and for troops in afghanistan

dairygirl4u2c
Labrat228

the position is being compared to mccain's. there was an addition in 20000 troops to iraq, to make it 1.8 or so instead of 1.6 hundred thousand troops. the iraqi government was already, before the surge, coalescing its own troops. 20,000 troops is negligible given the overall number already there, and the force the iraqis were forming and had. that the generals in iraq wants more troops, only shows they want to win there, and hte better way to win is to have more troops. but the...

Barack Obama embarrassed America during his speech in Berlin

Dr_Harvey
LR4N6FTW4EVA

Anyone who goes to a foreign country and talks about the United States like we are the source of most of the problems in the world is an embarrassment to America. Granted, our country has problems, but you don't go to the neighbors house and talk about the family business. Obama made America look weak and he had no right to go oversees and act like he was the president speaking about foreign policy. He said in fact, "In Europe, the view that America is part of what has gone wrong in our world, r...
