There is no such thing as an absolute right and wrong when speaking in terms of morality.

I will be arguing for the Idea that right and wrong is a product of personal believe and that there is no "universal truth" that actually exists behind the concepts , thus I am pro. Con will be arguing the opposite. That right and wrong is a real tangible thing that is recognized as opposed to produced. First Round: Con may present An argument. Second round: I will present an argument and a rebuttal. Con will do the same. Third round: I will present an argument and a rebuttal. Con will p...

Yes. Why? Truthfully? I couldn't give a damn. But I would still pay to watch the rematch. I think my view here is shared by the majority of people. Even though we were ho hum about what we saw, and it was a crap fight, they should fight again if pacman had a torn rotator cuff. And the money. Pacman is a philanthropist; he could easily get at least half of what he got for the first fight ($80m) and help out poor folks in the Philippines....

Atheism and Ethics

Can an atheist defend the basic idea behind the Declaration while still maintaining his/her worldview? Sorry, I guess you have to ta...

The debate doesn't require either side to prove that God or naturalism definitely and necessarily are true or false. The goal of this debate is to show which side's claim is more pro...

Abortion can be demonstrated as immoral using Beauchamp's Principles

ChristianDeontologist
Kreakin

Beauchamp's Four Principles are the groundwork for modern Medical Ethics and should be investigated in the context of a modern ethical dilemma such as Abortion. The greatest advantage of Beauchamp's Principles however is that opponents don't need to be members of the same religion as these principles were selected as universally valid norms, that is principle that everyone can agree upon.
