I will arguing that gay marriage should not be legal everywhere. No semantics and please try not to forfeit a round.
For clarity I will provide several definitions:

Gay marriage is not a human rights issue
A human right is defined as "an inalienable fundamental right, to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being."
