Plastic Surgery Should Be Banned For Everyone Except...

webnebula
Danielle

If you were in a serious accident, car crash, mauled by a bear, burn victim etc. then it's clearly fine to be permitted a little plastic surgery to clean things up. Or if you have some serious disfigurement like one breast significantly smaller than the other, or are missing a large portion of your buttock, it should be permittable too. But in any other situation it should be BANNED. I have NEVER seen a case where plastic surgery has ever looked "good". Plastic surgery leaves permane...

Barbie is bad for body image

Mysery
lyokowarri0r

I believe that playing with Barbie dolls as a young child is NOT inherently bad for body image. Pro will be arguing that Barbie does indeed have a negative impact on body image. You can specify if you want to discuss just Barbie's impact on girls, or include Ken's impact on boys. 8,000 characters, but no penalty for shorter arguments, if they get the job done. First round is acceptance. Second round is opening statements. Third round is rebuttals. Fourth round is conclusion. I'm not...

Should a dog license be implemented?

Julian-Harker
Elias_is_the_llama

I believe a dog license would bring up many fatal flaws. For example, it would be targeting a majority of our society who have criminal records and you're taking the right from them to have dogs. They could've been at the wrong place at the wrong time or it could of been a very minor criminal tag. Prisoners have been liberated for a reason, they can be trusted and are given the right to have another chance; which should go for dog licenses.. Not only this, but you can't always guarantee a saf...

Should helmets be mandatory?

MWonderWolf
mnstr

The government wants wearing helmets to be a law. Although it's crazy, it has already been instituted in counties in 22 states! The idea of making this lunacy a law originated when two tween girls suggested it to their city. People should not be forced to wear a helmet, and it should only be advised. This includes the facts that we have the right of choice, helmets can exist as a hazard, and people get out less often when they are forced to wear a helmet that they might not even have....

The CDC reports that 46 million Americans age 18 years and older smoke cigarettes, 443,000 smoking-related deaths occur annually in the U.S. Smoking affects the population, causes premature deaths and is a substantial financial burden to society. according to nosmoke.org In recent years, studies have c...
