THBT Dumbbells are, on balance, better than Barbells for lifting weights.

Blade-of-Truth
Danfanthe

PrefaceIn the last couple of months I've become more and more involved in lifting weights at the gym. While it's incredibly enjoyable, I found myself somewhat torn between using dumbbells or barbells for a majority of the routines I do. After a month of mainly utilizing one or the other I've come to the conclusion that dumbbells are generally better than barbells for lifting weights. I'd like to see if I've come to the right conclusion on this and thus am instig...

Religion has no essence

lovingsingleton
SaxonHammer

It is my personal belief that "religion" has no essence. tahiralmas
Bensen

The human willpower is far more superior than its per-considered role of survival of human body and it has power to severely affect time and spaced phenomenons metaphysically beyond rules of our physical world. Following are my evidence in support of this claim 1. As a simple rule, If willpower (mind ) is sub product of body whose main function is to play its part for the survival of human body then it can not damage and annihilate human body itself but we often see that when human will...

Should Atheist argue against theism?

JHill213
SaxonHammer

As an atheist it becomes increasingly important as I look around to talk about religion, this is in consideration of all of the pain in the middle east and even in america that radical Islam has given such as ISIS. Can educating people that religion is a fabrication do any good? People constantly treat it as such a crime to question people for their beliefs but I feel it to be imperative that people understand in reason, this includes why they hold morally valuable the things that they do, why t...
