Round 1 acceptance, no trolling or forfeiture.

People who accept debates and forfeit them on a repeated constant basis should be penalized (for example, they cannot accept debates for a week). In the current state, there are a lot of people who forfeit debates (sometimes just after the acceptance round). This ruins many debates and degrades the quality of this website.

I understand that many people do not have time as something unexpected comes up and they forget about the debate and hence the forfeiture of a round. Which is why only repeated forfeiters must be penalized.

Forfeiting debates wastes other people's time. For example, there is a debate and one side takes an hour or so to construct this amazing argument but then the other side justs ignores the debate and automatically forfeits a round. This is a waste of valuable time for the intelligent person who constructed the argument.
