Abortion Should be Illegal in the U.S.
Debate Rounds (3)
I would like to clarify I consider a fetus that has not taken its own breath, formed a coherent thought not human unless if any parent, two grandparents, two uncles/aunts, or a brother/sister related to the unborn, acknowledges the fetus as human being. Provided that the fetus has formed a functioning nervous system, brain, and heart. E.g. a baby can kick at the 2nd trimester.
If you consider a fertilized egg is human then we cannot settle this argument we should agree to disagree.
-a human dies
-Constitution/Hippocratic Oath is rejected
Generally less than 70% of zygotes will even implant into the mother's womb causing pregnancy. From there, there is a 25-50% chance of aborting before you even know you are pregnant. However, you make it to your first month, your odds go up to 75%
