According to your issues on your Profile page, you are In-favor for abortion but against late-term abortion. Killing a child is killing a child; whether or not its late-term or not. How can you be in-favor for one, and against the other?

The thing about late-term abortion is that by then the baby is already developed. By then I consider it to be a women copping out of having a baby. or for some reason she decided to not have a baby. are you for abortion or against?

I am most deffinantly against any type of abortion.
But I don't understand how you can be for Abortion, but against the Late-term.
Yes, the baby is more developed. But either way you're killing a living human.

yea the baby is living when a normal time abortion takes place but it isnt quite as developed. all that it has at that time is a few extremely undeveloped organs. it to me is better to abort a baby that is very undeveloped then a baby that if it was born at that time it would live.
let me guess next you'll call me immoral.right?

Either way it's bad to get rid of a living human that is completely innocent. It's not the baby's fault that that person messed up by having sex and getting pregnant. If that person didn't want the baby, they should've been on a type of birth control or used a condom, or even better, not had sex at all. If the baby is less developed it's the same as killing it when it more developed cuz either way it still has the same smarts and doesn't know what's going on. 1 month or 8 months, the baby is still living off of its mother. Instead of abortion, the mother can easily put the baby up for adoption when it's born, or even before if she's not ready, physically able, or not willing to take care of a baby. Letting someone else take care of him/her, is a way better choice then killing it in prelife. It doesn't even get a chance to take their first breath of fresh air or anything. A baby that has been murdered in the womb could amount to anything if given the chance to live. But how can anyone know if the mother is ignorant enough to get an abortion?

heres what i think. if the baby was aborted it wasnt meant to live. i believe that everything happens for a reason and if the baby is aborted then it wasnt meant to live. God obviously didnt want that praticular baby to live right? i'm not trying to be mean but we have different beliefs. if the baby was aborted we will never know if it would have amounted to anything now will we?

Actually a child/baby isn't inside a mother's womb...by definition. A child has been borne and is simply a young humanoid creature. =)

How in any way did I use manipulation??
I would really like to know.

Whatever you are talking about...fetus, child, embryo..they all are alive inside a mother's womb.

I just think that using the word fetus is more honest to what it really is. Using the word baby is to screw with peoples emotions and get them to vote for you which is manipulation. First of all it isn't fair for anybody to use an incorrect term. second of all I don't think that anybody should vote for someone who just said it to get people to vote for her.

I feel the exact same way about the issue as artC

I don't know about anyone else, but all I meant to say is that some people, who i wont mention, who are posting comments here know very little about abortion or the inutero development process of an embryo and later a fetus. So she/he is using the word "baby" because that gets a rise out of people. If you tell me someone killed a baby, I will get very upset. If you tell me someone aborted a fetus...well...not as upset.

Using the correct term is not manipulation. Are we even arguing abortion any more or is it late-term. Me saying that its not really a baby is the fact, isn't that what you wanted? a fact. How is that ME manipulating. For you guys to say that at the time when most abortions occur that is a baby is manipulating the subject. for me to say honestly what it is at that stage of the pregnancy is a fact. whatever way you want to look at it.
