This argument resolves to either successfully conclude or disprove my belief that the method of aborting or cancelling the birth of a human child is morally inhumane and socially unacceptable. Socially, in this case, is defined as the average American human being residing in a location where the mean IQ is at least 90 and has at least some measurable opinion on abortion. The burden of proof is shared between the instigator and the contender, I as the instigator must resoundingly or at least marginally prove through reason, example, and common logic and assumption that abortion is a method of nullifying birth that is unacceptable to moral human beings. A moral, in this instance, is defined as a principle of human character in which a large or majority of a specific population would most likely concern themselves with. The specific population, in this instance, are Americans. The argument does not insist to conclude that abortion remain legal or be decriminalized, only that it is morally inhumane and socially unacceptable.

RULES:
*If one side folds and capitulates to the opposing argument, the victor in the argument should automatically be granted unanimously the points deserved.
*No swearing
*No purposeful illogical reasoning and/or analogies through spite. i.e: "Well, if you think that abortion should be legal, that means you're a terrorist."
*No irrelevant comments that do not pertain to the argument. "i.e: Your mother aborted you, and that's why you are against abortion."
*Burden of proof is shared, one side must at the least marginally prove themselves correct.
*No unsportsmanlike conduct. i.e: "Well, you won, but its because you're a bastard and I hate you."

Any infractions on these rules will result in an automatic disqualification in the argument and the other debater will be victorious.

May the best man win.

I accept these conditions and reiterate that this is not only questioning the morality but also the social aspects of abortion. If either side fails to address either of the above, they must then resign from the debate.

I am assuming that because there are 4 rounds that this round is for acceptance.

I accept the challenge, good luck to my opponent.

It's completely unnecessary to post those rules. You just described the red herring, ad hominem and the burden of proof. Not making those informal/logical mistakes should be self-evident and any competent person would know that without you having to treat them like a child.
