I think this is common sense. When you have a baby inside a women's womb, why do people think it is ok to kill them? Don't they deserve a chance? I understand when you say women need to choose, as I am a girl myself, but the right to live outweighs their chance to choose TO MURDER
Balacafa

Con

Since my opponent has not provided any argumets all I need to do is provide 1.

If the mother is a rape victim it is unfair to make her keep her baby.

"I think this is common sense."

Is that really a valid argument?

That'll teach me to accept no RFD vote debates.

Not on this debate. Since no RFD is required, any RFD is sufficient so long as it's not in direct violation of the rules of the site.

Is vote bomb a legitimate reason to report?

For the third straight day, there are a bunch of votes on this debate that have been reported. At this point, there is nothing gained by having me post the votes for Whiteflame to review, then for me to review those reviews, and then to have Whiteflame post the results of those reviews to this debate.

There are NO RFDS required for this debate, so the standards for voting on this debate are essentially non-existent with very few exceptions. With the exception of those exceptions, ALL votes reported on this debate will now be summarily dismissed and ignored.

Reasons for voting decision: There's barely any weight to support either side in the debate, because both Pro and Con make large bare assertions that come with no evidence. The only thing I vote Pro on is the fact that their arguments actually talk about how abortion is murder, thus being relevant to the debate, whereas Con makes bare statements that don't even clash with Pro's view, resorting to an argument saying we need to consider other circumstances, and even incorrectly assuming Pro didn't make an argument. Thus, I vote Pro.

Reasons for voting decision: Ok, pretty quick debate. After crossing it around for a while, I'm putting this down as a tie. Pro did not prove that abortion was murder, they simply said the right to life outweighs the right to choose, well ok, but that still doesn't prove abortion is murder. Since the BOP was on Pro to prove that abortion is murder, this remained unfulfilled, so they lose the debate. The BOP was on Pro because they were challenging the status quo, and right now by law abortion is legal, therefore not considered murder.

Reasons for voting decision: Con makes the argument that there is a *legitimate* reason for women to get an abortion. The problem with this argument is its correlation to the resolution, or lack thereof. The resolution provided in the title does no more but to clarify that Pro is arguing that abortion IS murder whereas Con is advocating for the opposite. Con's argument doesn't really have any objective tie-in to murder, but more to the morality of abortion. It's not specific enough to correlate to the resolution, especially when Pro provided more acute arguments based on the resolution. While Con asserts no such arguments were made, this is quite false. Pro demonstrates (in so many words) that by aborting the child, it violates their right to live. While it's not a well-rounded or convincing argument, it does more to fulfil the burden as specified by the resolution than does Con's. S&G is a tie, both sides were relatively equal and each made mistakes. Conduct was similar with no clear winner. No sources provided.

Reasons for voting decision: This debate is autistic. Pro says abortion is murder, con says she made no argument and brought up rape. Because its one round and no one resoonded to each other debate to pro because her point about it being murder has more weight. Mind fuked con did not address it
