Con

Abortion is wrong. For the people who say that abortion is okay are saying that it is okay to murder people so that must mean that it is okay for me to kill a person and not get in trouble with the law. What makes murdering an unborn child okay, but murdering someone else wrong?
Alduin

Pro

Morally I'm against it, but The Supreme Court has decided that it is legal, a decision we all must accept and live with.

Con

You are basically living a double standard life dealing with abortion. I say that because you say that you morally don't agree with abortion, but you basically think it is okay because the law has made it legal. I believe that if you were against abortion then you would not say it was okay because it is legal. By sitting back and not doing anything about it is saying that it is ok. What make aborting an unborn child any different than me going out and killing someone
Alduin

Pro

You have to accept the decision of the Court. If you want to change it, then come up with a powerful civil argument that is free from religion. And when you can present me with an argument like that, then I will support you 100%. But if you do nothing but Biblethump, then we will get nowhere.

Yes, because a simple typo is proof that I lack a talent for spelling.

Again, you feel the need to get the last word in.

Reasons for voting decision: Though I am in complete disagreement with Con, Pro conceded that Abortion is morally wrong, which is what I (and most people) assume is being debated. Alduin should not have accepted this debate.

Reasons for voting decision: What a poor quality debate. Neither side posted sources. Even though Pro didn't actually post any sources, he made one comment that stood. Con was playing on emotions and had no statistical proof that abortion should be illegal.

Reasons for voting decision: Con proclaimed that "Abortion is Wrong." Pro conceded that abortions are at least morally wrong and went on to say that 'they are legal.' Con did not make a case for how Legal = Right. Arguments therefore go to Con.

Reasons for voting decision: Though the resolution is vague, Con still never gave any argument. All she said was "Abortion is wrong". Pro however gave an argument that it is legal and that we should accept it. Weak as it may seeem, Pro gave an argument while Con didn't. Argument points goes to Pro. Rest are tie.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro conceded in the opening sentence that Con was correct and makes no attempt demonstrate how legal means morally upright.

Reasons for voting decision: the only real argument was provided by pro, that it is legal by law. con started to make an ethical case, but offered no other arguments than "it's wrong" and rhetorical questions.

Reasons for voting decision: Bad debate. Neither side supported their premise with actual solid arguments as both are lost in their own opinions. Notice how Pro argue from a religious stand point which Con falls short with. This is the reason why 3 points are given to pro.

Reasons for voting decision: This is a really terrible debate, but pro wins because con didn't really make an argument. Con asked what the difference between murder and abortion was, but never really made any point besides that "abortion is wrong". And pro's point that it was legal unless there was good reason to change it is unchallenged. But this was a crap debate, it shouldn't be front page, lol.
