C1. Sometimes, an abortion is neccessary to save the woman's life.
-Sometimes, to give birth to a child would mean killing the mother. At times like this, it is perfectly justified to abort the fetus.

C2. If the fetus was concieved through rape, the woman should be able to get an abortion.
-She didn't want the fetus in the first place. If born, the child will be a constant reminder for her of the painful experience she had when she was raped.
-Furthermore, rape is illegal, therefore the fetus was illegally concieved.

It is important to note that Con has not followed the debate structure that he himself set for this debate as the rules. This is certainly conduct violation.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct - Pro. Con forfeited nearly every round of this debate which is rarely acceptable conduct in any debate setting. S&G - Tie. Where applied, both have adequate spelling and grammar. Arguments - Pro. Con failed to present any counter-arguments or rebuttals to challenge Pro. Since Pro was left standing unchallenged, it's a win for Pro. Sources - Tie. Neither utilized sources in this debate.

Reasons for voting decision: Con never made an argument, so Pro wins arguments for making an argument. Conduct to Pro for Con's round forfeits.
