My position on abortion is extremely con. I believe that abortion should be illegal since murder is illegal.

Some women get unintentionally pregnant, whether by rape or just making whoopie. This is why abortion exists; in case a woman gets pregnant but doesn't want the baby. Now, the common response is that we could take the child to an orphanage. However, then there's the problem with teen pregnancy; sometimes a teenager will get pregnant. Since they're not ready to give birth, the child may get defects, which leads to no one wanting this baby. It would be better then if the child didn't exist in the first place; having an abortion.

Yet at an orphanage you are still cared for and supported and it is still much better to send an unborn child to an adoption center rather than committing a crime.

Technically, abortion is legal, so it's not a crime now. But the fetus isn't a human yet, therefore wouldn't get all the rights. The choice should still be there.

Actually abortion is a crime because abortion is murdering an human being. Also according to https://www.liveaction.org... human life begins at fertilization which is a processes that occurs at the beginning of a pregnancy.

No mate life begins when cells replicate.

Wow...Next time you see someone with a mental disorder or physical defect, make sure to go up to him and inform him you think it'd be better if he never existed in the first place.

PowerPikachu21,
It is not a tough choice abortion is a confession. The hidden understanding of that fact makes it wrong. All woman and men are being asked to make a confession to a crime to receive medical treatment. This is why as a public witness I am forced to describe what I see independently.

As a confession abortion must be left as a statement that can be either legal or illegal. It cannot be used as a way to create immunity. It is that process of manipulating immunity at the cost of United States Constitutional separation is what is illegal.

Many woman simple have no choice when it comes to fulfilling nature"s obligation to child birth. On this basic principle alone does the phrase Gender Specific Amputation perform a State of separation. You are relived of the burden of choice abortion gives, it should have never been yours to carry.

There are Constitutional Rights and Constitutional Wrongs.

It's really a tough choice on whether or not abortion should be legal. I say just let it be available just in case something happens where aborting would be recommended.

When talking about necessity of choices compared to what if.

Doesn"t the issue then become a social calamity when we, or woman are asking other woman to confess, the confession by way of self-incrimination to receive medical care? The presumption made by equal right is that the abortion issue was illegal by accusation of a crime not the confession to a crime.
That is what made it Unconstitutional, the violation of constitution became more harmful as the self-incrimination was transferable to the public and yet given no judicial impartial separation, ever after a criminal confession to a crime had been made public in regards to murder.

When we look at alternative constitutional solutions to the legal issue of abortion. Like a title change to " STOP " the transfer of a self-incrimination to the public. The issue is about being able to express defiance freely, and not equality.

The self-value of basic principle and legal precedent is seen in titles like Gender Specific Amputation, or female Specific Amputation. These are words that are not incapable of being said by woman, or groups of people should have little problem pronouncing the process for that matter.
