Other than that, everything (excluding blatantly anti-debate practices like Google Doc links to avoid the character limit) is fair game. Alt accounts of ours are allowed to vote. If Zarroette votes, the member she votes for instantly wins. Definitions "Should" implies moral desirability. A "living constitution" is one that " . . . changes over time, and adapts to new circumstances, without being formally amended" (1). Generally, this interpretation is opposed to originalism, which states that "those who make, interpret, and enforce the law ought to be guided by the meaning of the United States Constitution—the supreme law of the land—as it was originally written" (2).
