The Illinois law states that you need to be 16 yo and an 8th grade graduate. Do you feel this is too young or just right. A minor is considered to be 15 yo or younger.

A minor is considered to be 15 years old....I negate this debate of hairstylist being too young to work for the following reasons
(1) Jobs and Economy
(2) The social advantages and
(3) What will be the benefits
