Some definitions real quick

Creativity - Ability to produce something new through imaginative skill, whether a new solution to a problem, a new method or device, or a new artistic object or form. The term generally refers to a richness of ideas and originality of thinking. Psychological studies of highly creative people have shown that many have a strong interest in apparent disorder, contradiction, and imbalance, which seem to be perceived as challenges. Such individuals may possess an exceptionally deep, broad, and flexible awareness of themselves. Studies also show that intelligence has little correlation with creativity; thus, a highly intelligent person may not be very creative. See also genius; gifted child.

Individualism - a social theory advocating the liberty, rights, or independent action of the individual.

I accept, Thanks for making this debate.

I currently go to a public school, so I will providing my experiences.

You didn't provide a definition of "destroy" so I will provide one. If you want to change it then do so next round.

Destroy (verb): to cause (something) to end or no longer exist : to cause the destruction of (something) : to damage (something) so badly that it cannot be repaired

It doesn't merely destroy the creativity and individualism of children but teachers as well. It encourages teachers to not be clever, care, or go above and beyond to help children.

And with that one definition, Con sets the course of the entire debate to his win. Nice job of "destruction;" it is an important word to define.
