Fitness supplements are typically over marketed hype with little to no evidence to them actually working. Nothing beats a well rounded, nutritionally sound diet.


Many supplements are recognised to work effectively, such as;


To name a few, my GP doctor even swears by her multi vitamin!

Naturally it would be best if these were consumed via the diet, however due to affordability and the difficulty changing food habits supplements to regular healthy food, supplements offer a quick fix.

No, it depends on what type of supplement you use, whether or not you are abusing it, and how much you take. I prefer creatine because it is a naturally occurring substance
