Why is assessing the need and identifying current knowledge and attitudes about ebola an important part of developing an educational campaign? should people be educated about this deadly virus?

Let me begin first by strongly reposing your belief. I believe that needs assessment is important for Ebola. We must be educated on this "deadly virus",as you put it

You're just asking a question here - this isn't a debate topic. If you're for a needs assessment in the case of Ebola, then make it clear that that's your case. If you're against it, make that clear. If you just want to discuss it, this is not the place to do so. The forums are where this should go.
