Con

Everyone makes mistakes. Should we be defining people about their mistakes. No, people can grow and they can feel great guilt and being judged will make things worse for them.

yes and know because people change, your record is not always based on who you are. sometimes people dont change, and those are the bad people in this world

Con

Reminding people of their mistakes that they want to get away from is keeping them from ever getting past it. Constatnly having someone treat you diffrently because of the past is, in a sense bulling that person. Everyone makes mistakes and the past should be left in the past.

For example: Someone was drunk driving and got in a potently fatal car accident but, were fine afterwords. Should they be constantly judged by this mistake. Or, If someone use to be a drug addict but, went to rehab and got better.
