Reservations started in India for bringing backward class people forward but some say that it violates RIGHT TO EQUALITY granted by Indian Constitution.is it really so??

Ok but by "Indian" are you talking about people whom are from India, actual Indians, or are you talking about Native Americans often referred to as "Indians"
