With the new ways the Royal Family is funded currently and the amount that the taxpayers pay towards this fund, i want to get a general public vote on who is for and who is against how the Royal Family is funded.

I think how the Royal Family is funded completely by taxpayer's money is completely absurd, as they only act as figureheads.
Every person in the UK has to pay approximately 69 pounds a year[1] (in total, the Royal Family sucks up 41.5 million pounds per year[1]) to keep these people that contribute nothing to society alive.

for a trip to LA Duke and Duchess spent 25,000 pounds one way. This travel allowance was funded by the tax payer however security had to be paid for, do you not think we are paying for royals to represent us in other parts of the world or is it not justified?

It isn't justified for the taxpayers to pay 25,000 pounds when a trip from the UK to LA should cost below $5,000 per person round trip.

It is not justified, when the Royals don't do anything. It would be fine if it was two Prime Ministers meeting to discuss issues, but the Royals have no job but to steal from the taxpayer. They're only there to go on a parade and wave to people, hey don't have any practical reason to go there.

The queen pays tax since 1993 which she volunteered to do. The queen has always been subject to VAT too and pays local rates.

Charles gains profit from his estates, which he inherited, so not his fault he was born into it, so he made a profit therefore living off what he makes.

The "25,000 the Duke and Duchess paid was plus security, have we as a nation hyped them up so bad that they need that much?

$5000 is for none Royals so not really a comparison

It doesn't matter if the queen pays taxes, she and the rest of the royal family still sucks up 41.5 million pounds per year as I have stated.

Prince William and Princess Kate have travelled across the world to many countries on taxpayers dollars, just to go on a parade and wave to everyone. They are not there to make a difference, by day they just do their parades, and after that they go off and enjoy staying in the 5 star hotel that taxpayers pay for and the 5 star meal that taxpayers pay for.

Also, we in Canada pay taxes towards the royal family as well, and that is even more absurd.

Aren't they also allowed to circumvent insider trading laws because they are God's appointed rulers? So they can cheat at the stock market when anyone else would be jailed for it.
