Con

This is a challenge to @vi_spex.

Definitions
Atheism - lack of belief in God or gods
Theism - belief in God
vi_spex

Pro

tell me your position, if you believe god is false

btw i would use different words, atheism is the opposite "position" of theism, theism to the contrary of theism. religion is a position on an imaginary claim

If atheism, as Pro asserts, is the opposite position of theism, then atheism is not the same as theism. Pro has accepted the debate and already concedes the resolution to me. Religion is a position on an unjustified claim, whereas atheism is not. Pro has conceded. Vote Con.
vi_spex

Pro

if you disbelieve my claim that i am wearing a hat right now, believe that i am not wearing a hat, what is your position on my claim? and how is it justified

Con

Once more, this argument is irrelevant to the resolution. Pro's BoP is to prove that atheism and theism are the same, but Pro has already conceded. The resolution is negated.
vi_spex

Pro

bop was concede by contect of pro negating resulitve resulutions within the idea of resolving bop that needed a haircut..

Reasons for voting decision: Con's arguments successfully negated the resolution, while Pro's arguments did not support it using the definitions given in the opening round. There were a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes by Pro.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro virtually conceded while accepting, already revealing a stark contradiction between atheism and theism, after which Pro made bare assertions that were *irrelevant* to the resolution. Pro's last argument was mocking the very concept of BoP, which I did find to be funny. "atheism is the opposite "position" of theism" - this shows that Pro *accepts* that atheism is different from theism, and is even the opposite. Perhaps Pro misunderstood the resolution, but Pro seemed to concede even afterwards. Conduct to Pro for concession. Pro used *no* punctuations; therefore, S&G to Con.
