Because they are in different sections of the library.
One would simply have to ask the librarian to point out, either the truth section or the fiction section.

My contender will have to prove that atheists are likely to get confused in the library, to a greater extent than other groups of people.

I accept.

We, ourselves are the librarians. We have books of knowledge stored within us. Some is stored in the truth section, some is stored in the fiction section.
As we are all, fundamentally the same. The processes we use to retrieve and assess knowledge is therefore, fundamentally the same.
How we consciously choose to utilise knowledge, we must decide for ourselves.
If we choose to retrieve knowledge and subsequently use it to label ourselves. For example, "Atheist" or "Theist". We are in fact making an abstract, conceptual choice. It is therefore not sensible to suggest, that labelling ourselves in this way. Will affect our ability in future, to retrieve stored knowledge in a rational way.

Con must explain why. Choosing not to accept the tenet of a religion. Would affect a persons, subsequent ability to rationally define knowledge.

Yes your correct. My question was metaphorical. But refers to an atheists existence without a god.
Having researched the "Golden Spiral" and "Biomimicry". I would need to know how you correlate principles of design and geometry, with an atheists existence without a god.

So basically what you are saying is a religious person incomprehensive, mislead, inaccurate, and just whirling in meaningless nonsense? So the effort of all the scientist who have based their findings on Intelligent design are wasting brilliance? Yeah, that makes total sense, perhaps when you can explain what the golden spiral is or biomimicry then we can have this debate.
