Reasons for voting decision: BoP was on Pro. I disagree with my fellow voter. The use of the exclamation mark showed that Con actually knew how to end his / her sentences whilst Pro didn't end their sentence with anything. To add to this the title had incorrect capitalization and therefore Spelling and Grammar go to Con.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct goes to Pro, because Con used an exclamation mark which was directed towards the Pro in a rude manner. S&G goes to Con, for even using punctuation. Con also had a more convincing argument, despite the straight-forward approach he took with the exclamation mark. Nobody used reliable sources.
