My other debate was accepted by the troll mysterio whose account was closed shortly after accepting me debate...... So now I have to do this again......

I believe that Barack Obama will be re-elected president because overall he is a better campaigner and a better overall candidate than any individual out of the current GOP candidates.

Every current candidate in the GOP has some fatal flaw or fatal quality that I believe would cost them the presidential election if they were to go one-on-one against Barack Obama in the 2012 campaign for the presidency

The Con must simply offer evidence against this, I encourage a creative counter-argument :)

Con may also use the first round to state his arguments, or if they choose to they can simply accept the debate and wait until the second round to state their arguments. There are 5 rounds and a 8000 character limit so there will be plenty of debating.

This argument is based on the one condition that no new Republican candidates enter the field for president....... I dont want to end up in a debate where the Con is going to argue that Palin or Donald Trump will join the race and they would beat Obama, for fairness the Con may only argue for the CURRENT GOP candidates, they include,

Mitt Romney
Rick Perry
Michele Bachmann
Herman Cain

If you really want to you may also argue for
Newt Gingrich
Ron Paul
Rick Santorum
John Huntsman

Mitt Romney would not be able to beat Obama in a one-on-one election for the following reasons
1) He is very pro choice and thinks that abortion should be illegal in a majority of cases and has called out for the repeal of the ruling on the Supreme Court case Roe v Wade. Such a position over a controversial issue may alienate him from those who fiercely support abortion. Many women who fiercely support the protection of women's rights may not vote for Mitt Romney if they feel that the ability to have an abortion is a woman's right that would be taken away if Romney was president

2) Mitt Romney has long been against gun control but he has acknowledged how he would like to put a ban on civilians being able to purchase automatic machine guns and assault weapons. Even though I fully support this idea many of America's gun nuts and right to bear arms advocates, along with the members of the NRA would not support Romney

3) Romney is against Gay marriage and wants to re-install dont ask dont tell. Even though gay marriage rights is not the biggest concern to Americans it is still a very large movement and such a stance on the position would alienate gay voters for voting for him.

4) When the Libya Civil War broke out he criticized Obama for not acting sooner and not considering deploying troops. He supported the removal of Gaddafi from power but this hints that Romney if president could easily entangle America in foreign conflicts and that would make many war-weary Americans uneasy about voting for him.

5) Economics wise Romney is strictly against rising taxes and only wants to cut programs to balance the budget, but he is very supportive in the military and he states that he would not decrease the military budget. In fact he has talked about plans for expanding the military by 100,000 troops and the navy by 40%. The American public has already expressed how defense spending should be cut many times and such a stance about no taxes but more defense spending in a time of debt crisis could further alienate Americans from voting for him. Romney has also taken a stance against unemployment benefits which could also hurt his chances of getting votes from Americans who are struggling to make ends meet.

As for Newt Gingrich
1) Newt Gingrich is against campaign finance reform which could alienate voters weary of politicians who take huge amounts of donations from corporations.

2) In education Newt is very controversial, he supports removing "Under God" from the pledge of allegiance, he says that students should be paid to take hard math and science courses, and prayer in public schools. Such stances on education could easily alienate thousands of voters from supporting him if he were to go against Obama one-on-one

3) Gingrich was one of the few people who were outraged over the construction of a mosque near the 9/11 attacks and said that hatred and fanaticism to Muslims. Such an extreme hatred towards the Muslim population would easily alienate Muslim voters along with other foreigners who may feel intimidated by Gingrich's opinion of foreigners
(see video above)

4) Gingrich has been very critical of Obama even before he became president and his slanderous remarks against Obama could give him bad publicity among all voters and it could cost him votes too. He went so far to say that

"What if Obama is so outside our comprehension that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior can you begin to piece together his actions?....... That is the most accurate, predictive model for his behavior.€

5) the most concerning part of Newt Gingrich may be the negative media he could receive based on his marriage history. He married in high school first to his geometry teacher who was 7 years older than him and they divorced when his wife was recovering from cancer. 6 months later he remarried to someone he met while campaigning, they later divorced when his second wife was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. His second wife though knew he was having an affair with her for a long time, and the woman he was having the affair with became his third wife. He also criticised Clinton for his affair with Monica Lewinsky while all this was going on.

Barack Obama is one of the worst presidents ever in american history and any of the GOP candidates out there would be better then him

Such a well thought out argument is hard to offer evidence against......

The Con may be one of those people who are hell bent on trashing Obama's reputation so I guess I will use this round to justify why Obama is not the worst president ever.....

1) Obama is slowly withdrawing the US from Iraq which is bringing an end to one of the longest wars in US history at a time when the American Public are weary of war

2) Obama since taking office had brought unemployment down from 10% to 9%. It doesnt sound like much but with a nation as large as the US 1% represents about 3.6 million people having jobs again.

3) Obama passed the economic stimulus which helped preserve jobs in education, law enforcement, and other vital jobs that the states could not handle in the midst of the recession when it was at its worse.

4) Obama has shown he can compromise and work with the Republican Party when he agreed to extend the bush tax cuts while also extending unemployment benefits to those who were still struggling to find a job in the aftermath of the recession

5) He signed a new START treaty with Russia to reduce the nuclear arsenals of both countries by half, a great and important step in the quest for world peace and also the proliferation of nuclear weapons... As for world peace Barack Obama also authorized the operations that took out the top figures of Al Qaeda, Osama Bin Laden and his replacement
Atiyah Abd al-Rahman

6) Obama also limited US involvement in the Libyan Civil War but he did authorize the use of drones and robotic attacks to greatly help the country dispose of its longtime psychotic leader Gaddafi, a leader who denounced democracy and has been proven to have funded terrorists

I think people like Buchanon (president who could not forestall the Civil War), Andrew Johnson (Racist president who vetoed the 14th amendment and was actually impeached), Nixon (abused his powers and resigned to avoid impeachment), Hoover (allowed the great depression to happen and did a poor effort of fighting it), or even Bush (allowed the second biggest recession to occur, invaded Iraq on bogus charges of Saddam having weapons of mass destruction) could easily be argued to be worse presidents then Obama.

Con has not acknowledged any of my 10 arguments,
Con has accused Obama of being the worst president ever with not factual support or evidence to back up such a claim
Con has also suggested that ANY GOP candidate is better than Obama but has shown no facts to support a claim or any sources either......

(btw con, your arguments are allowed to be longer than one sentence)
